In the last two days home sales have exceeded new properties on the market. In the Fargo/Moorhead MLS the sales for Monday and Tuesday were 65 properties. The new properties on the market were only 55. This is the first time in over a year I have seen these types of numbers. Usually on a daily basis it is a 3 to1 or 3 to 2 ratio or new property for sale compared to sold property.
