Overall in the Fargo/Moorhead MLS there were 15 new properties on the market and 10 sales. Most of these sales took place on Moorhead or West Fargo properties. In the Detroit Lake MLS there were 7 new properties on market and 4 sales. These sales were all on starter homes and under $138,000.
